Sean Shipman has been cleaning these carpets since March 2020. I'm never disappointed with the job he's done or the price he charges me. My son and his two college roommates live here. Let's just say the carpets get filthy from the constant coming and going. I've call him about spots in various rooms and he's giving me free stain solutions to battle the stain in between visits. He's very respectful and careful with my walls and furniture I never have to wait long for an appointment-he can usually squeeze me in within a couple days. I'm not a carpet fan and I look forward to the day I can get rid of it, but until then, Shipman Cleaning will clean the carpets.

We had been using another carpet cleaning business for the last few years, but each visit, the service and quality of work became poor. That's when I searched Yelp and discovered Shipman Cleaning. I'm so happy I found Shipman! Our technician, Aaron D., texted when he was on his way over. He arrived promptly, was friendly and professional. He worked hard on our very dirty carpets and, to my surprise, succeeded in cleaning them!! (I had gotten used to the prior company not being able to do so). Aaron took the time to provide us with nice, CLEAN carpeting! I will DEFINITELY be using Shipman again and YOU should, too! I'm happy to support small businesses!

Great company! Sean was friendly, thorough in his explanations, and honest about what cleaning slate tiles entails. Great communication. The technician was industrious and got down on his hands and knees to scrub difficult areas. Sean checked in on him throughout the day. Wonderful experience, and our floors look amazing!

Everything, I mean EVERYTHING about hiring Shipman Cleaning Company was High Quality!
From the response to the inquire I made through the yelp App (surperb customer service, and excellent energy) to them calling before arrival time saying they were on their way, and showing up right on time! They Also were in and out (done in about an 1.5 hours).
The owner communicated and checked on his assistant while they were working (I was listening) with the same patience, calmness and tone of voice that he used with me (the customer)
Yelp offers Stars, but I personally give diamonds when the experience is fabulous.
This was absolutely a 5 Diamond experience!

Recently bought a house that had pets, and it smelled like a lot of them! Sean gave me a quote on here, followed through and I scheduled. They were great to work with. Did an amazing job and were super fast. You can't even tell there was pets. Even scotch guarded after for better protection. It really took the smell away. I will be using them again in the future! After a freak accident, spilling red nail polish on one year old carpet, I really panicked. Called Shipman and Sean assured me they could attempt to remove it and there was a 50/50 chance it could come out. Jonny arrived promptly, was courteous and worked diligently at removing the nail polish! It is 99% gone! Wowzers! Highly recommend this dedicated company! Second time using Shipman and we will be back!

Shipman came out to clean a few of my area rugs. After the initial cleaning a dog odor did not go away. I reached four to Shipman and without hesitation they set up a date to come back and check out the rugs. They now have done a second cleaning to help get rid of the odor. They were very professional, no hesitation in wanting to help and did it all with such a positive attitude. I would highly recommend Shipman Cleaning to those in the east valley. Great prices and so friendly with awesome knowledge.

This was our first time using Shipman Cleaning. I just sent a bunch of messages to potential carpet cleaning companies and Shipman Cleaning answered back right away. They were friendly and did a great job. Their estimate was right on and I didn't feel like they tried to up-sell me on something we didn't need. We will definitively use them again.

I appreciate the immediate response for a quote and getting on the schedule within a couple of days. I had both tile and carpet cleaned and both looked amazing. There were two people here to do the work and they worked seamlessly as a team. From start to finish they were done in about 2 1/2 hours. Communication was great from start to finish. They also supplied me within a bottle of spot remover at the end. Thanks for a great job done.
