Pre Vacuuming
Vacuuming is a very important part of carpet maintenance. We recommend you pre-vacuum before our tech arrives. Pre-vacuuming removes the dry soil in your carpet which aids in a more thorough cleaning of your carpet and faster drying times!
Pretreatment
We use either oxygen and enzyme or citrus base products to separate and suspend the dirt, oil, and soil that is attached to your carpet fibers that can not be removed with dry vacuuming.
Agitation
We use a counter rotating brush machine which lifts the pile of the carpet, helps evenly distribute the pretreatment to all sides of the fiber and helps remove any deep embedded pet hair and dander that other methods leave behind.
Steam Cleaning
We use new top of the line truck mounted cleaning equipment with soft water treatment plants on each van to extract the now suspended dirt, oil and soils from your carpet, leaving a cleaner, fresher, softer carpet with NO RESIDUE!
Fiber Protection
Dramatically decreases the probability of staining & re-soiling. When you vacuum your protected carpet, the soils will release from the carpet fiber much easier and more effectively equaling a cleaner carpet and a longer life for your investment!!

No Hidden fees or high-pressure sales!
Do I need to vacuum before the crew arrives?
Yes we Highly recommend that you pre-vacuum your carpets. If you do not have time to pre-vacuum your own carpets. We do offer pre-vacuuming as an add-on service and can do it for you at an additional charge. Per your request.
What do you consider as a Room or area?
We consider a room to be 200 sq ft wall to wall.
How long will it take to clean my carpets?
Depending on the size and how many rooms it could vary between 1-3 hrs.
